PCHE Series Multi-level Power Changer with Adjust-A-Rak – Adjust-A-Rack battery racks can be stacked from two to six levels high and are adjustable for batteries from 11” to 38” wide. With this flexibility, if your battery sizes change, the adjust-a-rak can accommodate the new sizes. Each battery compartment uses heavy-duty slide strips and bolt on rollers to provide smooth battery placement and retrieval and holds the battery securely in place during charging. The MTC PCHE II series power changer has simplified operator controls, a reduction in hydraulic lines, and a hydraulic extension arm designed to allow access over the widest lift truck outriggers. Battery changes can be completed in less than 2 minutes with the simultaneous travel and lift functions. Safety is designed into all aspects of the multi-level power changer which include a PLC controlled safety lock system that wont allow a battery to fall off the carriage, and a dead man operator platform. The platform can be fitted with a watering cart for easy watering of batteries.
